This week my husband and I began our 90 day regimen of working out.  Some of you may have heard of beach body’s “P90X.”  Since getting married, I have gained 45 pounds.  My husband has probably gained about the same amount.  Last week we celebrated our 4 year wedding anniversary and we decided we needed to change something.  This week we started getting up at 4:45 am and working out in our living room along with Tony Horton and the P90X gang.  Well today, is day two.  Ouch.  I’m sore pretty much all over.  But wow, what a workout!  I’m only weighing myself once a week on Saturday.  As we were discussing my weight fluctuation a dietian I work with told me, “Get off the f’ing scale!”  So I decided that once a week is plenty to track my progress.  So I will be updating weekly with my progress.  My goal is to lose 25 lbs by October 1st.  If I reach my goal, my reward is a spa day!
